Customer App
The customer app works right out the box, simply install the app and register with your mobile number.

Driver App
Depending on your Android version, you may need to enable a few settings on your phone or device to allow the app to work in the background (your GPS and location services) and also to allow notifications on your device whilst your app is closed or running in the background.
Although the app will still function without these settings being enabled there is a chance you could miss a notification if your device is locked or the app is not running so we recommend these settings so you as a driver never miss a customer.
Never miss a customer, ensure notifications are enabled.
Some newer Android devices may not allow new app notification by default, it is always best to check that you have notifications enabled for the TApp Driver app.
On your device goto Settings > Notifications > App notifications. Find TApp Driver and toggle the switch to enable.

On some Android devices battery optimizations and background sleep modes can put the app to sleep or stop it all together therfor you might miss customers, you can disable this via the app settings to allow it to run in the background all the time.
In your app click on the round menu icon in the top left corners, click on your profile picture to load settings and scroll down to settings, click on “Background Mode” to enable.

Draw over other apps, this allows the app to popup into the foreground whenever a new customer ride request comes in, you still get notifications as normal but the app can pop up in front no matter what your doing on your device at the time a new ride request comes in.
In the app goto the menu in the top left corner, click on your profile and scroll down to settings. Click on “Draw over other apps” to open the settings and enable.
